TRUSTING GOD EVEN WHEN YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND
The world we live in
gives us many reasons to live devoid of total commitment to God.
Some people who were once
serious in the service of God have turned away because they felt that God had
abandoned them and blessed those who do not have a relationship with Him. Some even
ask if this God is truly the one He said He is because things do not add up in
their minds.
But God expects total obedience
to His will even when doing what does not seem to make sense to you as an
individual. He wants you to continue to trust and obey Him so that He will establish
His purposes in your life at His own appointed time.
QUESTION: How
do you feel when God does not meet your expectations?
PRAYER: Help me, dear Father, to continue trusting You even
when things are not moving smoothly. Please guide me on the path of obedience
as long as I live, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
