TOPIC: REBEKAH’S PARENT’S CONSENT

 

We are in a generation where a lot of wrong things are done under the guise of Christian marriage.

 

Today's text shows us that both parents, brothers and the lady herself had a say in matters concerning that marriage.

 

Rebekah's family sent her into marriage only after she agreed to it.

 

Many people are forced into Christian marriages today by either parents or relatives, using wealth as a yardstick.

 

The lady's commitment is Vital considering the fact that it is a life-time relationship.

 

QUESTION: Who has the final say in your daughter's marriage?

 

PRAYER: Lord, grant parents the wisdom to understand that their daughter needs to have a say regarding the man she wants to marry, in Jesus' name. Amen.
