In this article, I will be discussing some Bible verse that talked about grace. Before we proceed, what is grace? Grace is simply defined as unmerited favor of God to mankind. We did not worked for it neither did we worked to get it.

God, through His loved
for mankind give grace to anyone through His son Jesus Christ to come and died
for our sins. The highest gift that you can do or give someone is to lay your
life for that person.
Despite our
short-coming, God gives us grace to be part of His kingdom and still keep us
alive not by our doing, but by His grace.

post will be from Amplified Holy Bible.

And the Bible warns us
that we should not continue to be in sins so that grace may abound through Romans
6:1-2 –(1. What shall we say [to all this]? Should we continue in sin as a
habit so that [God’s gift of] grace may increase and overflow? 2. Certainly not! How can we, the very
ones who died to sin, continue to live in it any longer?).
Let us be kingdom minded
so that the grace of God will follow us to the end of time. We have the grace
of God, so let us justified that through our obedient to our Lord Jesus Christ.
Let us look for some
Bible verses that encourages us to read about the grace of God below.
1. Numbers 6:23-26
Verse 23- “Speak to
Aaron and his sons, saying ‘This is the way you shall bless the Israelites. Say
to them:
Verse 24- The LORD
bless you, and keep you [protect you, sustain you, and guard you];
Verse 25- The LORD make
His face shine upon you [with favor], And be gracious to you [surrounding you
with lovingkindness];
Verse 26- The LORD lift up His countenance (face) upon you [with divine
approval], And give you peace [a tranquil heart and life];
2. Psalm 23:6-
Surely goodness and mercy and unfailing love shall follow me all the days of my
life, And I shall dwell forever [throughout all my days] in the house and in
the presence of the LORD.
3. Psalm 90:17-
And let the [gracious] favor of the LORD our God be on us; Confirm for us the
work of our hands- Yes, confirm the work of our hands.
4. Psalm 103:8-
The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in compassion
and lovingkindness.
5. Isaiah 30:18-
Therefore the LORD waits [expectantly] and longs to be gracious to you, And
therefore He waits on high to have compassion on you. For the LORD is a God of
justice; Blessed (happy, fortunate) are all those who long for Him [since He
will never fail them].
6. Matthew 6:14-
For if you forgive others their trespasses [their reckless and willful sins],
your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
7. John 3:16-
“For God so [greatly] loved and dearly prized the world, that He [even] gave
His [One and] only begotten Son, so that whoever believes and trusts in Him [as
Savior] shall not perish, but have eternal life.
8. Acts 20:24- [you know] how I did not shrink back in fear from telling you
anything that was for your benefit, or from teaching you in public meetings,
and from house to house,
9. Romans 3:23-24
Verse 23- since all have sinned and continually fall short of the glory of
God,
Verse 24- and are being justified [declared free of the guilt of sin, made
acceptable to God, and granted eternal life] as a gift by His [precious,
undeserved] grace, through the redemption [the payment for our sin] which is
[provided] in Christ Jesus,
10. Romans 5:15, 21
Verse 15- But the free gift [of God] is not like the trespass [because the
gift of grace overwhelms the fall of man]. For if many died by one man’s
trespass [Adam’s sin], much more [abundantly] did God’s grace and the gift
[that comes] by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, overflow to [benefit]
the many.
Verse 21- so that, as sin reigned in death, so also grace would reign
through righteousness which brings eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
11. Romans 6:14-15
Verse 14- For sin will no longer be a master over you, since you are not
under Law [as slaves], but under [unmerited] grace [as recipients of God’s
favor and mercy].
Verse 15- What then [are we to conclude]? Shall we sin because we are not
under Law, but under [God’s] grace? Certainly not!
12. 2 Corinthians 12:9- Indeed, we felt within ourselves that we had
received the sentence of death [and were convinced that we would die, but this
happened] so that we would not trust in ourselves, but in God who raises the
dead.
13. Ephesians 2:4-5, 8-9
Verse 4- But God, being [so very] rich in mercy, because of His great and
wonderful love with which He loved us,
Verse 5- even when we were [spiritually] dead and separated from Him
because of our sins, He made us [spiritually] alive together with Christ (for
by His grace- His undeserved favor and mercy-you have been saved from God’s
judgment).
Verse 8- For it is by grace [God’s remarkable compassion and favor drawing
you to Christ] that you have been saved [actually delivered from judgment and
given eternal life] through faith. And this [salvation] is not of yourselves
[not through your own effort], but it is the [undeserved, gracious] gift of
God;
Verse 9- not as a result of [your] works [nor your attempts to keep the
Law], so that no one will [be able to] boast or take credit in any way [for his
salvation].
14. 2 Timothy 1:9- for He delivered us and saved us and called us
with a holy calling [a calling that leads to a consecrated life-a life set
apart-a life of purpose], not because of our works [or because of any personal
merit-we could do nothing to earn this], but because of His own purpose and
grace [His amazing, undeserved favor] which was granted to us in Christ Jesus
before the world began [eternal ages ago],
15. Titus 2:11-13
Verse 11- For the [remarkable, undeserved] grace of God that brings
salvation has appeared to all men.
Verse 12- It teaches us to reject ungodliness and worldly (immoral)
desires, and to live sensible, upright, and godly lives [lives with a purpose
that reflect spiritual maturity] in this present age,
Verse 13- awaiting and confidently expecting the [fulfillment of our] blessed
hope and the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus,
16. Philemon 1:25- The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your
spirit.
17. Hebrews 4:16- Therefore let us [with privilege] approach the
throne of grace [that is, the throne of God’s gracious favor] with confidence
and without fear, so that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find [His
amazing] grace to help in time of need [an appropriate blessing, coming just at
the right moment].

18. 1 Peter 1:13-14
Verse 13- So prepare your minds for action, be completely sober [in
spirit-steadfast, self-disciplined, spiritually and morally alert], fix your
hope completely on the grace [of God] that is coming to you when Jesus Christ
is revealed.
Verse 14- [Live] as obedient children [of God]; do not be conformed to the
evil desires which governed you in your ignorance [before you knew the
requirements and transforming power of the good news regarding salvation].
19. 1 Peter 5:10- After you have suffered for a little while, the
God of all grace [who imparts His blessing and favor], who called you to His
own eternal glory in Christ, will Himself complete, confirm, strengthen, and
establish you [making you what you ought to be].
20. Revelation 22:21- The grace of the Lord Jesus (the Christ, the
Messiah) be with all [the saints-all believers, those set apart for God]. Amen.
Finally, our prayer is
that, may the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ (which no man can give but only
God that give freely) follow us all the days of our life and grant us favor in
all that we do. Amen and Amen.
