TEXT:
Psalms 33:1-11
TOPIC:
CREATED TO PRAISE GOD
The call to sing songs
of praises to the Lord is an appeal to continue building our lives around what
we shall be doing in eternity.
The Psalms are filled
with songs, poems and beautiful renditions from the hearts of the writer about
God’s wonderful deeds.
God’s nature, as
revealed in His justice, righteousness and unfailing love, is enough to draw
our hearts to sing praises to Him.
We are also encouraged
to consider the creative works of God and His interventions in the affairs of
the nations of the world.
All of these call for
singing praises to God. I challenge you to remember today and always to praise
the Lord for all He has done for you.
QUESTION:
Are you always willing to sing praises to God as an individual or only when you
are in the congregation of the saints?
PRAYER:
Help me, dear Father, to continue praising You as long as I live because I was
created to praise You, in Jesus name. Amen.
Remain
Blessed
