Psalm 93:1-5
1.
The LORD reigns, He is clothed with majesty and splendor; The LORD has clothed
and circled Himself with strength; the world is firmly established, it cannot
be moved.
2.
Your throne is established from of old; You are from everlasting.
3.
The floods have lifted up, O LORD, The floods have lifted up their voice; The
floods lift up their pounding waves.
4.
More than the sounds of many waters, More than the mighty breakers of the sea,
The LORD on high is mighty.
5.
Your precepts are fully confirmed and completely reliable; Holiness adorns Your
house, O LORD, forever.

TOPIC:
OPEN YOUR EYES TO THE GREATNESS OF GOD
The
manifestation of God’s greatness is not hidden to those who care to know. It is
revealed in His creative works and attributes.
The
Psalmist expresses the greatness of this God whose throne was established long
ago and lists His creative works which praise Him.
Verse
3-4 show how the seas participate in worshipping this God. Indeed, this God is
great. No wonder, the Psalmist declared that He is robed in majesty and armed
with strength.
As
we live today, we should look around us and see the greatness of this God so
that we can understand Him better and join the nations in praising Him for who
He is and for what He has done. Doing this will attract His blessings onto our
lives.
QUESTION:
Do you understand the greatness of God over your life and the world you live
in?
PRAYER:
You are great O Lord! Please help me to understand Your greatness so that I can
praise You even more, in Jesus name. Amen.
