TEXT: Ephesians
5:15-21
15. So
be careful how you live. Don’t live like ignorant people, but like wise people.
16.
Make good use of every opportunity you have, because these are evil days.
17.
Don’t be fools, then, but try to find out what the Lord wants you to do.
18. Do
not get drunk with wine, which will only ruin you; instead, be filled with the
spirit.
19.
Speak to one another with the words of psalms, hymns, and sacred songs; sing
hymns and psalms to the Lord with praise in your hearts.
20. In
the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, always give thanks for everything to God the
Father.
21.
Submit yourselves to one another because of your reverence for Christ.

TOPIC: DON’T
LIVE LIKE FOOLS
Here are some of the things
people do that make others regard them as fools: they do not have time to for
God and are not interested in doing what is expected of, being drunk with wine
instead of being filled with the Holy Spirit, not giving a thought to their
future because they are not bothered about it, being full of procrastination
and missing opportunities, etc. We are warned against living like this.
Instead, we should be filled
with the Holy Spirit, concentrate on singing psalms and hymns, making music to
the Lord and giving thanks to God for everything. Watch over your life so that
you do not live like a fool.
QUESTION:
What will you do to make sure you are not seen and classified as a fool?
PRAYER: By
Your grace, Father, I shall not live my life like a fool, in Jesus name, Amen.
Remain
Blessed
